Torquil Kelsey

Orphaned at the age of five and brought up by his Aunt Viv, a racing fanatic. He is an undercover investigator for the English Jockey Club. His boss, Brigadier Catto, sends him undercover on a race train across Canada in order to foil the plans of Julius Apollo Filmer, a dodgy racehorse owner.
